Erika's birthday was on Thursday. We had grandma and grandpa, Kris & Jason and the kids, my brother's family and Erika's friend Julia and her family over for dinner. It was a lot of fun. The little girl turned 11! Crazy how fast the time goes by!We also got an accepted offer on a house! We might be homeowners in a month! It is absolutely a project house but it is so exciting to be moving into a place of 'our's'. Finally! I will keep you posted as to the progress on this front!

YAY on the house! That's so exciting. I know it's been a long time coming. So you see?....being content where you were sure moved things along well! Looks like a perfect birthday for Erika.
